VP Radhakrishnan pays tribute to former PM Chaudhary Charan Singh on his birth anniversary

 Vice President C P Radhakrishnan today paid tribute to the former Prime Minister Chaudhary Charan Singh on his birth anniversary. In a social media post, Mr Radhakrishnan said that the former Prime Minister was a towering leader and a champion of farmers’ welfare.
